I’m a Creative Technologist focusing on tangible interaction at the intersection of Art & Technology. I'm primarily interested in building things that sense and respond (embedded systems, electro-mechanical systems) with a specific interest in systems that explore new ways in which humans can interact with technology creatively.
I advocate for open-design and publish my works on the web under open software & hardware licenses. My projects have been featured on various media outlets, including VICE, Hackaday, Raspberry Pi News, and Arduino blog.
I hold a BS in Physics from Bilkent University and an MA in Interaction Design from the Estonian Academy of Arts. In addition, I also completed certifications for Data Analysis and Quantum Computing and I recently started teaching the Hands-on Introduction to Physical Computing with Arduino in EKA as a guest lecturer.
I enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams with people from different backgrounds (designers, engineers, scientists etc.) and I am profoundly curious and always open for collaborations. Feel free to contact me if you would like to get in touch!
